Please arrive ready for rehearsals to start at 4.30pm
We will break at 6.00pm and the concert begins at 7.00pm (will last about an hour and a half)
Post code for St John’s Church is NE9 5RD. It’s on Church Road Gateshead, which runs between Old Durham Road and Kells Lane. It has a tall elegant spire and there is plenty of street parking round it. The main doors are brown and are in the tower under the spire but facing away from the road.
There is some heating and there are toilets.
We can make tea/coffee between rehearsal and concert so please bring a snack if you want to.
There will be soft drinks and tea/coffee with nibbles in the interval.
After the concert you and partners/ friends are welcome to come to Ruth's house for further refreshment if you don’t need to be rushing off. Ruth lives at 6 Albert Drive, Low Fell, NE9 6EH.

will show you how to get from church to hers. Parking in Albert Drive is not good but there will be street parking somewhere around.
It would be really helpful to know if you would like to come to Ruth's so she knows how many glasses to find!
Hi! Thank you so much for inviting us to sing with you at St John's ... we love performing, but for me the best part was relaxing in the pews, listening to you folks sounding and looking gorgeous whilst singing extraordinary and challenging (and surprisingly accessible) music!

Thanks Teresa - we had a great time too and really loved listening to VoiceQuad - particularly that fabulous last piece from the 40's - the chance to break and hear your wonderful voices let us relax and enjoy our own performances even more.
