A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away…
As the world waits for Star Wars Episode VII, Royal Northern Sinfonia invoke the force and strike down the dark side with a re-cap of the story so far. The iconic soundtrack is performed in all its glory as we meet the Jedi Order, the Sith, the empire and the Millennium Falcon.
Royal Northern Sinfonia is looking for 25 experienced and enthusiastic singers to join them in this celebration of Star Wars. Featured in two iconic tracks, Duel of the Fates and Battle of the Heroes, the choir will join conductor Stephen Bell and the massed forces of Royal Northern Sinfonia for this sell-out concert.
You need to be a confident music reader, who is happy holding a line of harmony. Please note, you will be required to attend all rehearsal dates below. If you are not available for any of the dates or times, we will not be able to invite you to join the project.

Friday 16 October 2015 16:00-16:30 General Rehearsal in Sage One
19:30 CONCERT, Sage One
All rehearsals take place at Sage Gateshead and music will be sent out in advance. All participating singers will be offered two complimentary tickets to the performance.
